8. Platform Role

• KhareedDari.com provides infrastructure for return/refund requests.
• The Platform may mediate disputes but is not liable for enforcing seller obligations.
• KhareedDari.com reserves the right to suspend sellers who repeatedly fail to honor return/refund commitments.

9. Dispute Resolution

• Customers should attempt resolution directly with sellers before escalation.
• If unresolved, disputes may be escalated to KhareedDari.com for mediation.
• KhareedDari.com’s decision in mediation is final and binding for Platform purposes.

10. Compliance

• Sellers must comply with applicable consumer protection, tax, and trade laws.
• Return/refund policies must align with KhareedDari.com’s standards.
• Failure to comply may result in warnings, penalties, or account suspension.

11. Amendments

KhareedDari.com reserves the right to update or modify this Return Policy at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
